Being based in sunny Exmouth (by the sea of course!) you would be right in assuming that Graham Sykes Insurance insure a variety of boats. Our polices cover you for use on inland and coastal waterways between May and September.

Smaller craft usually have to be laid up ashore over the winter months.

For larger vessels we can provide cover for them all year round.

For the water skiers out there we can usually extend your policy to include liability for towing water skiers.

To provide you with a quotation, please provide the following information:

• Make, model, value of boat & year of make
• Construction material (e.g. GRP)
• Length, beam & draft, inboard or outboard motor
• Make, model, value of engine & year of make
• Values for, additional equipment such as trailer; lifejackets and ancillaries etc.
• Berthing address
• Where laid up when not in use
• Maximum designed speed
• Whether towing water skiers
• Commission period required and whether outside UK and coastal waters
• Details of any experience/qualifications
• Details of any claims within the last 5 years
